
Sales and Marketing Director

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our Sales and Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging directly with clients and leveraging a strong network of channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and channel partners.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-up meetings with clients.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions to close high-value deals.
- Maintain accurate and timely reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.
- 2 to 10 years of experience in sales from Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Luxury Auto Sales, or Financial Services.
- Proven track record in direct and/or channel sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure targets with a customer-first approach.
- Strong client engagement and relationship management capabilities.
- Graduate (mandatory)
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales (preferred)
