
Enterprise Software Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive growth in the US market.
This role is critical to our success, and we need a professional with a proven track record of closing high-value enterprise software deals in the Transport & Logistics industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving direct sales of our software products, solutions, and related services, identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities across target accounts, expanding presence within existing enterprise customers through upselling and cross-selling, building a robust sales pipeline to manage risk and maintain deal velocity, strengthening our footprint through alliances and strategic partnerships, aligning with internal teams to ensure customer-centric solution delivery, and staying up-to-date with market trends and continuously enhancing product and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and delivering on annual sales targets for the US region.
- Driving direct sales of our software products, solutions, and related services.
- Identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities across target accounts.
- Expanding presence within existing enterprise customers through upselling and cross-selling.
- Building a robust sales pipeline to manage risk and maintain deal velocity.
- Strengthening our footprint through alliances and strategic partnerships.
- Aligning with internal teams to ensure customer-centric solution delivery.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and continuously enhancing product and industry knowledge.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales within the US market.
- Strong domain knowledge in Transport & Logistics, Ports, and Supply Chain industries.
- Proven ability to develop and grow enterprise-level accounts.
- Consistent record of achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Working knowledge of competitor ERP products, pricing models, and key skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote sales environment.
