Job Title: Senior Revenue Operations Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Operations Manager to oversee our entire income / credit / accounts receivable process.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end operations impacting revenue, customers, and accounts receivables.
- Timely and accurate generation of invoices, estimates, quotations, and other financial documents.
- Resolution of customer and internal queries in a timely manner.
- Accurate accounting of all transactions, including bank entries, journals, and TDS adjustments.
- Preparation of returns for GST and other applicable laws.
- Maintenance of close follow-ups with customers and sales teams for timely collections.
- Handling of all processes related to collections from customers.
- Acting as a team player, taking responsibility and ownership, and growing with the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA with 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong ethics and ability to manage confidential data.
- Strong communication and team building skills.
