Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Customer Support Representative to deliver top-notch customer service and handle select sales calls.

This role demands technical fluency, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to escalate leads and follow-up.

  • Provide frontline support for customer inquiries via calls, chats, or email.
  • Diagnose and resolve networking issues related to devices, backhauls, or connectivity faults.
  • Guide customers on device activation steps, including onboarding processes and interactions with local operators for deployment.

The selected candidate will collaborate with technical, product, and operations teams to track customer issues and feedback.

Requirements include experience in ISP or networking-related customer support, strong communication skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude. A flexible availability for a 6-day work week is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support & Technical Assistance
  • Act as the frontline support for customer inquiries via calls, chats, or email.
  • Diagnose and resolve networking issues related to devices, backhauls, or connectivity faults.
  • Guide customers on device activation steps, including onboarding processes and interactions with local operators for deployment.
  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries with relevant information about hotspots, including pricing and rewards systems.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting
  • Coordinate with technical, product, and operations teams to track customer issues and feedback.

Note: This role operates on a 6-day-a-week schedule.
