Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi, Mumbai and Thrissur for a Corporate Lawyer. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice on corporate matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling mergers and acquisitions, and representing the company in legal proceedings. The role also involves staying updated with laws and regulations, preparing legal documentation, and providing guidance on corporate governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of corporate law, legal principles, and procedures
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Skills in handling mergers and acquisitions and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Ability to analyze legal issues and provide strategic advice
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent from a recognized law school
• Bar membership in good standing
• Experience in an international or corporate legal environment is a plus
