Freelance Oracle SOA Expert

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Oracle SOA Expert to join our team.

  • This position requires experience in designing, developing, and supporting Oracle SOA Suite integrations and EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on skills in PL/SQL, APIs, RICE components, and Advanced SQL/PLSQL.
  • Extensive experience with integration protocols (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, FTP, SFTP) is also required.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Delivering synchronous, asynchronous, and bulk (batch posting) integrations, including JSON/XML-based solutions.
  • Performing independent testing of integrations using SOAP/REST and structured methodologies.
  • Developing and customizing RICE components using PL/SQL, APIs, and Unix shell scripts.
  • Working on Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Performance Management, Talent Management, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, Loans, Advanced Benefits).
  • Building and maintaining interfaces integrating EBS HRMS with third-party systems, ensuring protocol compliance (SOAP, REST, FTP, SFTP).
  • SUPPORTING data migration activities ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Identifying and mapping configurational data, navigation screens, and backend tables, establishing relationships across scattered data entities.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving integration/technical issues independently with minimal support.

You must possess the following qualifications:

  • 7+ years of technical experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with strong HRMS focus.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with functional teams in a freelance/remote setup.
