Job Title:

Cloud Subscription Management Specialist

 

Role Overview:

This is a highly experienced role requiring over 10 years of expertise in Oracle Subscription Management.

The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge with technical expertise too of subscription lifecycle processes, pricing, billing, and revenue recognition within the Oracle Cloud environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Functional Design and Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the Oracle Subscription Management module.
  2. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  3. Subscription Configuration: Define and configure subscription products, pricing models, and billing rules.
  4. Integration Activities: Support integration activities with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Order Management, Billing, Revenue Recognition) and external systems.
  5. Testing and Validation: Perform testing and validation of configurations to ensure business requirements are met.
  6. Functional Support: Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting for the Oracle Subscription Management users.
  7. Training Development: Develop and deliver training materials to end-users.

 

Qualifications:
  1. Over 10 years of experience with Oracle Subscription Management in a cloud environment.
  2. Deep understanding of subscription lifecycle management, including creation, amendment, renewal, and termination.
  3. Strong knowledge of pricing, billing, and revenue recognition processes within Oracle Subscription Management.
  4. Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and system configurations.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
