Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Specialist Job Description

This role involves working with clients to understand their needs and delivering solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate will have experience in functional areas of work, particularly in Absence, OTL, and other modules.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for clients, leveraging expertise in functional areas such as Absence, OTL, and other modules.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, identify gaps, and propose potential workarounds.
  • Estimate work for vanilla implementation, personalizations, reports, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Deliver high-quality client presentations and demos for various modules.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Coordinate with Oracle Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure industry-leading solutions are delivered.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in training and knowledge sharing sessions on Fusion applications.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent command over spoken and written English.
  • Ability to manage scope and customer expectations effectively.
  • Effective problem-solving and ownership of customer issues.
