Job Overview:

As a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud, you will play a key role in driving business success through the delivery of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for US and Canada regions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and document them in detailed specifications.
  • Develop and maintain integrations/file transfers, ensuring data integrity and governance.
  • Analyze and consult on implementing new software application products or new modules.
  • Provide experienced support for reports, large data imports/extractions, and migrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • Strong communications skills (both verbal & written).
  • Good knowledge of the Oracle Fusion HCM modules and Payroll area.
  • Experience working with North America Taxation, payroll process/element setup, and year-end knowledge.
