Oracle HCM Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our Oracle HCM system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management, with a strong understanding of configuration and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Configuration & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
  • Year End Complex Elements Configuration: Set up and configure complex year-end elements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Taxation Rules Setup and Compliance: Develop and implement taxation rules to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • New Legal Entity Configurations: Configure new legal entities in the Oracle HCM system.
  • Balance Adjustments and Retroactive Corrections: Make necessary adjustments and corrections to payroll balances.
  • Payload Integrations & Tools: Integrate payload tools and technologies with the Oracle HCM system.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in HCM Data Loader (HDL): Utilize HDL to load and manipulate data in the Oracle HCM system.
  • Skilled in Fast Formulas for Payroll Logic: Develop and implement fast formulas to streamline payroll logic.
  • Hands-on Experience with Payroll Processes Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports and analyze data related to payroll processes.
  • Exposure to BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI Reporting: Use BIP and OTBI to create and publish reports.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to Generate and Interpret Payroll Reports: Effectively generate and interpret payroll reports for audits and business insights.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrate effective leadership and collaboration skills to manage teams and resolve issues.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to work closely with leadership and payroll business teams.
