
Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead brand collaborations, sponsorships, and partnerships. This role demands strong communication, client management, and negotiation skills, along with proven experience in the media, influencer, or marketing industry.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our video production and creative teams to design and deliver successful campaigns that drive revenue while strengthening our brand partnerships.
- Identify, pitch, and secure brand deals, sponsorships, and marketing partnerships.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and brands.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and campaign strategies tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables for maximum value.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure creative output aligns with brand requirements.
- Manage client accounts end-to-end, from onboarding to campaign delivery.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, or media sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in digital media, advertising, influencer marketing, or creative agencies.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
