Job Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To augment the Business Correspondent (BC) network by leveraging Sales Officers' skills, thereby enhancing reach and revenue for key financial institutions.
  2. Dedicated Partner Development Specialist: Building strategic partnerships with Universal Banks, NBFCs, Payment Banks, and other financial entities for a diverse range of products.
  3. Designing and developing tailored retail asset products like JLG Loans and MSME Loans to target specific customer groups and regions, aligning with market trends and demands.
  4. Crafting and implementing sales strategies, contests, and market expansion plans to drive business growth and improve market presence.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with at least 2+ years in leadership positions.
  2. Familiarity with the BC model and direct lending businesses, particularly in JLG loan management.
  3. Credit Risk Expertise: Strong understanding of credit underwriting principles and compliance with legal/governance requirements.
  4. Operational Efficiency Leader: Proven track record in workforce planning, training, and managing regional operations effectively.
