Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Head of Growth, located in Thane. The Head of Growth will be responsible for leading growth strategies, customer acquisition initiatives, and business development activities. Day to day tasks include developing growth marketing campaigns, identifying new market opportunities, managing customer relationships, and creating growth hacking strategies to drive revenue. The role involves collaboration with sales teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Skills in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking

Experience in Customer Acquisition and Business Development

Proven track record in Sales and driving revenue growth

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate effectively and influence cross-functional teams

Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
