About the Role:
The Franchise Development Manager is a pivotal position responsible for spearheading our expansion across target markets. This role requires strong leadership and business acumen to drive franchise growth, foster strategic partnerships, and maintain brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market strategies to accelerate franchise sales.
- Cultivate a network of qualified leads and evaluate applicants to onboard successful franchisees.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support to franchisees throughout the setup, training, and marketing phases.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Facilitate effective communication between Head Office and franchisees to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality.
- 4-7 years' experience in franchise sales and business development, preferably in F&B or retail.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Financial expertise to evaluate business models and make informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to changing market conditions.
