Business Growth Strategist

As a Business Growth Strategist, you will lead our expansion through strategic partnerships. This role is responsible for driving growth and development across target markets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive franchise expansion.
  • Source and qualify potential franchise partners to support business objectives.
  • Evaluate applicant credentials, negotiate agreements, and onboard new partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide ongoing support to partners in setup, training, and marketing.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners to ensure brand consistency.
  • Streamline franchisee requirements and facilitate seamless communication between partners and Head Office.
  • Meet or exceed business targets for franchise sales and expansion.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality.
  • 4–7 years of experience in business development or franchise sales (preferably in F&B/retail).
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and networking skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Willingsness to travel.
