Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM)
 who will drive 
brand deals, sponsorships, and partnerships
. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The BDM will work closely with the 
video production and creative teams
 to design and deliver successful campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and secure 
    brand collaborations, sponsorships, and long-term partnerships
    .
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Handle client accounts and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables to maximize value for both clients and Artkala.
  • Work closely with the 
    video production team
     to ensure brand requirements are aligned with creative output.
  • Monitor, track, and report partnership performance to clients and management.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in work with Agency or AD Agency and have cracked the Brand Deals
  • Strong 
    communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    .
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet targets.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach, working seamlessly with creative teams.
  • Passion for media, brand storytelling, and digital marketing.
