Job Title: Regional Business Growth Strategist
Sales & Distribution Management:
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage sales and distribution in our area, ensuring product availability and driving sales performance efficiently.
The ideal candidate will oversee secondary and primary management, distributor management, and team management.
Growth Management:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing secondary and primary geography, tracking quarterly and monthly sales progression, and ensuring weekly flightening and availability of all SKUs.
We need someone who can develop NPD and manage growth, as well as ensure distribution basics (productivity, ECO, LPPC etc.).
Spend Management:
This role requires a channel-specific approach, trade load planning to push volume and visibility, and sales return management.
People Management:
The successful candidate will create a healthy work environment across the region, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness in the region.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and distribution in FMCG Industry-General Trade.
In-depth geography knowledge.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team management skills.
Grievances management.
Time management.
