Job Title: Regional Business Growth Strategist

  • Sales & Distribution Management:

    • We are looking for a skilled professional to manage sales and distribution in our area, ensuring product availability and driving sales performance efficiently.

    • The ideal candidate will oversee secondary and primary management, distributor management, and team management.

  • Growth Management:

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing secondary and primary geography, tracking quarterly and monthly sales progression, and ensuring weekly flightening and availability of all SKUs.

    • We need someone who can develop NPD and manage growth, as well as ensure distribution basics (productivity, ECO, LPPC etc.).

  • Spend Management:

    • This role requires a channel-specific approach, trade load planning to push volume and visibility, and sales return management.

  • People Management:

    • The successful candidate will create a healthy work environment across the region, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness in the region.

  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and distribution in FMCG Industry-General Trade.

    • In-depth geography knowledge.

    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Team management skills.

    • Grievances management.

    • Time management.
