Regional Sales Development Manager

The Area Growth Manager is responsible for driving sales and distribution within a designated geographical area, ensuring seamless product availability and optimizing sales performance.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic distributor partnerships to enhance business growth.
  2. Motivate and engage channel partners to promote mutual interests and foster long-term relationships.
  3. Manage inventory levels at distributors and retailers, guaranteeing timely supply chain fulfillment.
Sales Performance Enhancement
  1. Monitor and analyze quarterly/monthly sales progress in both primary and secondary geographies.
  2. Ensure optimal product availability across all SKUs, implementing regular flightening schedules.
  3. Identify and capitalize on new product opportunities and growth avenues.
Operational Excellence
  1. Design and execute tailored sales strategies and trade planning initiatives to drive volume and visibility.
  2. Effectively manage sales returns and optimize the return process.
Leadership and Team Management
  1. Foster a positive work environment across the region, promoting employee satisfaction and well-being.
  2. Track expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the region.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and distribution within FMCG General Trade.
  • In-depth knowledge of regional markets and geography.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
