Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Patna for a Deputy Regional Manager at Symbiotic Therapeutics Pvt Ltd. The Deputy Regional Manager will oversee regional operations, manage and train staff, develop and implement strategic plans, and ensure regulatory compliance. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, liaising with clients, and ensuring efficient workflow and communication within teams.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in strategic planning and implementing regional operations
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and quality control standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales performance monitoring and client relationship management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
