Job Description

As a Deputy Manager Audit, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of audits in branches under the guidance of Regional manager. Assistant Managers and Managers will follow the same function.

You will conduct regular, short Comprehensive Audits & detailed assessments at the branches to ensure adherence to guidelines and policies.

Verify all loan documents of clients, registers/files and periodic audit reports maintained at the branch, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Review and analyze loan collection and disbursement process and related MIS reports, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Identify and report all serious violations of operations and accounting manuals for necessary action, maintaining high standards of ethics and integrity.

Develop and implement effective strategies for report writing, focusing on clarity, precision, and presentation.

Orient yourself with various processes of fund management and documentation at the branch, fostering a culture of efficiency and productivity.

Emphasize ongoing learning and professional growth, staying updated on new tools, techniques, and best practices to enhance audit processes.

Engage in self-learning, knowledge upgradation, and team motivation, driving excellence and innovation within the organization.
