About the Role:This is a dynamic opportunity for a results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our business development efforts in Patna. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the local market, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads from local travel agents through direct communication and relationship building.
- Share leads with the backend sales team for conversion.
- Actively manage and grow the travel agent network across assigned regions.
- Conduct regular market visits to maintain relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide weekly reports and market feedback to management for strategy alignment.
- Proven experience in the travel industry (service sector).
- Must be based in Patna and familiar with the local market.
- Age limit: up to 27 years.
- Must own a bike and a laptop.
- We offer flexible working arrangements, including 6 days on-site and 1 day remote work per week.
- The role requires active participation in generating leads and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents.
