Business Development Franchise Manager

We are seeking a skilled Franchise Business Development Executive to drive our growth and expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of new franchise opportunities and overseeing the entire process from lead generation to onboarding.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive franchise expansion across target markets.
- Generate and qualify leads for potential franchise partners.
- Evaluate applicants, negotiate agreements, and onboard franchisees.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support franchisees in setup, training, and marketing.
- Build strong relationships with partners and ensure brand standards.
- Spearhead franchisee requirements and act as a bridge with Head Office for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in franchise sales/business development (F&B/retail preferred).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Financial acumen to evaluate business models.
- Willingness to travel.
