We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Manager to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing business relationships, as well as developing new opportunities.

  • Maintain existing business relationships through regular communication and problem-solving.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • KOL (Key Opinion Leader) & KBL (Key Brand Leader) connectivity
  • Vacancy management: shortlisting candidates and filling vacancies in a timely manner
  • Vacant territory management: ensuring territories are properly managed and utilized
  • Continuous monitoring of stock levels and analysis of high inventory products
  • Development of liquidation plans and assignment of tasks to team members
  • Analysis of each territory's customer coverage, growth, campaign implementation, product mix, key brand performance, and inventory levels
  • Ensuring quality sales with zero returns, expiry, and breakage
  • Implementation of activities to increase productivity and brand building
  • Smooth functioning of the distribution channel, ensuring availability of all brands with stockists, outstanding clearance, and settlement of issues
