Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Engagement Coordinator to join our team at WOL3D India Limited. This role will focus on driving employee engagement activities, ensuring the smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, managing HR documentation, and utilizing HRMS tools for payroll and attendance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Engagement Leadership:
    • Taking full ownership of organizing and executing vibrant employee engagement activities that promote team collaboration, positivity, and company culture.
    • Planning and executing a variety of events, including team-building exercises, celebrations, wellness programs, and special interest groups.
    • Energizing the workforce by organizing initiatives to celebrate work anniversaries, festivals, and milestones, ensuring participation and excitement.
    • Driving recognition and reward programs that keep employees motivated and engaged.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding:
    • Leading the onboarding experience for new employees with energy and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and excited to start their journey with the company.
    • Managing the offboarding process to ensure smooth transitions, conducting exit interviews and supporting the final settlement processes.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping:
    • Ensuring all employee documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including contracts, compliance documents, and personal records.
    • Maintaining HRMS data integrity, ensuring seamless access to employee information and smooth data updates.
  • Employee Grievance Handling:
    • Acting as a supportive and approachable point of contact for employee concerns, providing a positive and empathetic approach to conflict resolution.
    • Investigating and resolving grievances promptly, collaborating with the HR team to ensure timely follow-up and compliance.
  • Performance Metrics and Reviews:
    • Supporting the performance review process by assisting with goal setting and tracking.
    • Monitoring employee performance and assisting in identifying growth opportunities and improvement initiatives.
    • Collaborating with team leads to ensure performance evaluations are motivating and constructive.
  • HRMS and Payroll Management:
    • Managing HRMS functions for employee attendance tracking, leave management, and data updates.
    • Ensuring payroll is processed accurately, with attention to attendance and leave calculations, working closely with the finance team for seamless payroll administration.
  • Continuous Engagement Strategy:
    • Creating and implementing new engagement programs that are innovative, interactive, and keep employees energized about their roles and the company's mission.
    • Gathering regular feedback from employees on engagement activities, making adjustments to continuously improve the work culture.
