Your Role:
We're seeking a talented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team, focusing on talent acquisition and management. In this role, you'll assist in coordinating employee engagement activities, support HODs in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent, manage T&C administration, collaborate with T&C on workers' compensation claims, ensure accurate and timely data entry, and coordinate projects, initiatives, and events. You'll also play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of T&C administration processes and assisting with employee on-boarding and off-boarding.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Enthusiasm, drive, and a positive attitude;
- A completed or current human resources-related qualification;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
- Experience in generalist human resources or hotel operations (advantageous);
- A natural ability to connect with people and build relationships at all levels.
