Human Resources Coordinator

Job Description
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is known for its engaging service, awe-inspiring public spaces, and locally inspired cuisine. As a key member of our Accor team, you will be responsible for assisting with coordinating employee engagement activities, supporting HODs in attracting, recruiting, and retaining talent, and managing T&C administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment
- Support HODs in attracting, recruiting, and retaining talent through effective HR strategies
- Manage T&C administration, including contracts, letters, and personnel files
- Collaborate with T&C in managing workers compensation claims
- Ensure accurate and timely data in T&C systems
- Assist and coordinate T&C projects, initiatives, and events
- Coordinate the efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of T&C administration processes
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, driven, and positive energy with a passion for making things happen
- Completed or currently studying Human Resources or a related qualification
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in generalist Human Resources or hotel operations is advantageous
- Natural ability to connect with people and build relationships at all levels
