Job Overview

The Human Resource Executive (HRE) plays a vital role in supporting the organization through the development and implementation of human resources strategies and programmes that promote an employee-oriented, high performance culture. The HRE is responsible for providing support in various human resource functions, including recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.
  • Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.
  • Assist in administering HR matters related to manpower planning, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports on personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  • Process and follow up appointments, reassignments, promotions, and other HR decisions in a timely manner.
  • Advise staff on employment standards and legislation.
Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in human resource administration with a large staff population.
Key Competencies

This role requires:

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to establish strong relationships with peers and stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
