Job Title:

Cluster Business Leader

Job Summary:

As a Cluster Business Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to achieve business objectives in the cluster.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in operations, client servicing, or sales roles and will possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate will also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understanding the cluster requirements and working closely with the SL/RL team to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Developing and sharing Management Information Systems (MIS) for market understanding and effective cluster functioning.
  • Focusing on offering financial solutions to SMEs for their asset/liability needs.
  • Collaborating with the Credit/Risk team to drive business using appropriate sourcing strategies.
  • Identifying Cross Sell opportunities and developing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Managing people and teams, including career development, coaching, and mentoring of critical talent.
  • Mapping the cluster market, developing strategies for expansion, and collaborating with the Product Development Team to develop new products/markets.
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Post Graduate or MBA from a recognized university/premium business schools.
  • AMFI/NCFM/IRDA certifications preferred.
  • 8-14 years of relevant experience in operations, client servicing, or sales roles.
  • Must have experience from Banking Organizations.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fully conversant with MS Office.
