Job Overview

The Cluster Business Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth and profitability within their assigned cluster. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering targeted market share and volumes, customer satisfaction, and revenue for dealers.
  • Executing the SCV strategy to achieve targeted volume and market share.
  • Identifying model-wise and geography-wise opportunities through customer segmentation.

Working closely with Area Sales Managers, Regional Business Head, and other stakeholders, the CBM develops and executes strategies at the cluster level, including assigning targets to Team Sales Managers based on potential geographies and models.

This position is responsible for maintaining good connections with regional sales managers of key financiers and large brokers of used commercial vehicles, as well as appointing and liaising with local marketing agencies for company-funded activities across the cluster-geography.

Ideal candidates should have 6-10 years of experience in sales and marketing for manufacturing or engineering industries, preferably in the automobile industry. They must possess strong analytical thinking, capability building, consultative selling, service orientation, customer sensitivity, relationship management, dealer management, market intelligence, industry analysis, regulatory compliance, lead generation, enquiry management, channel development, manpower management, market share analysis, customer segmentation, and sales process skills.
