Job Opportunity:

Account Growth Strategist

As an Account Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with our valued customers. This role involves collaborating closely with Support and Product Management teams to resolve technical questions or escalations.

  • You will work closely with customers to develop tailored success plans, providing guidance on achieving critical goals and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with Account management teams to secure contract renewals and identify opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization.
  • Lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives for upsells and participate in presentations with key accounts.

About You:

  • We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success/project management roles, boasting a proven track record of success.
  • A strong background in cybersecurity, accompanied by excellent analytical and project management skills is essential.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, along with the capacity to make independent decisions, are highly valued.
  • Furthermore, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, are crucial.
