Job Title: Financial Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage our financial operations and ensure regulatory adherence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management & Analysis

Responsibilities include overseeing the preparation and consolidation of financial statements and reports, leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, ensuring robust financial controls and compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies, conducting cost and profitability analysis to identify opportunities for savings and optimization, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial modeling and scenario planning.

  • Accounting & Compliance

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll, ensure timely tax filings, audits, and compliance with relevant laws and standards, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all financial transactions.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting:

Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and financial targets, prepare detailed financial forecasts and provide variance analysis to management to support decision-making and identify potential financial risks and opportunities, develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting efforts, as well as strategic planning initiatives, track financial performance against budget and provide recommendations for cost control and process improvement.
