An Accounts & Taxation Manager is a strategic financial leader who oversees the organization's finances, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency in all financial activities. The primary responsibilities include:

Financial Reporting
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide stakeholders with a clear picture of the organization's financial health.
  • Evaluate compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure financial integrity and minimize risks.

Budgeting and Forecasting

Financial Analysis
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making and long-term planning, identifying areas of improvement and potential revenue enhancement opportunities.
  • Provide insights on financial performance, cost control, and revenue growth strategies to drive business success.

Team Management

Auditing and Compliance
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and other relevant laws.
