Job Title: Senior Content Strategist

Delivering impactful communication materials is a pivotal aspect of our mission to support clients' goals. As a Senior Content Strategist, you will play a critical role in this endeavor.

Key responsibilities include developing content, ensuring scientific accuracy, adapting to diverse audiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce cohesive and effective materials.

  • Develop high-quality medical communication materials by researching, writing, and editing scientific manuscripts, marketing collateral, and educational content.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of medical science and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all content by staying up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
  • Customize content for various target audiences while maintaining scientific integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with medical experts, graphic designers, digital coding experts, project managers, and clients to produce comprehensive communication materials.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, pharmacy) is required. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in medical communications, medical writing, or a related field and 2+ years as a people manager/team lead.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, proficiency with industry-specific software and tools, and ability to convey complex scientific concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
