  • Implement best practices in financial reporting and monitoring cash flow, working capital, and financial MIS reports.
Audit and Compliance
  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits end-to-end, ensuring timely closure and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and other statutory regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulators to maintain strong internal controls and minimize risks.
Taxation and Regulatory Expertise
  • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments to ensure timely payments and adherence to statutory timelines.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates to maintain compliance.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Professional accounting designation as a CA
  • 10+ years' experience at a senior level financial managerial position in a similar industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and planner
