Job Title:
Financial Strategist

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Strategist to join our team. This role requires strong financial leadership, strategic planning, and analytical expertise to support business decision-making and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end financial operations, ensure compliance, and partner with business leaders to enhance profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for business units.
  • Partner with senior management to provide insights into revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance against KPIs and highlight variances with actionable recommendations.
  • Manage end-to-end accounting, compliance, taxation, and internal control processes.
  • Conduct financial modeling, business case preparation, and ROI analysis for new projects and investments.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines as applicable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee client billing, revenue recognition, and working capital management.
  • Support external audits, statutory filings, and compliance reporting.

Requirements

  • Mandatory Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong exposure to financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic decision support.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial tools, and MS Excel (advanced level).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
