Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial insights and analysis to drive business performance and outcomes.

About the Role:

The Senior Financial Strategist will be responsible for partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and operational strategy. You will work collaboratively to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, and develop strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Insights: Provide accurate and timely financial data to support business decision-making.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and product teams on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and present findings with actionable insights.
  • KPI Tracking: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers.
  • Dashboards and Reports: Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Cost Savings: Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus).
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
