We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Financial Planning Analyst to lead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for our global marketing organization.

This role involves developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and optimize investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, with experience in tools such as Excel, financial modeling, and BI platforms like Power BI and Tableau.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and managing financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for the global marketing organization
  • Analyzing marketing campaign spend and conducting variance analysis to deliver actionable insights
  • Collaborating with senior marketing leaders to optimize investments and drive cost efficiencies
  • Presenting financial performance and trends to stakeholders
  • Improving financial processes and automation across marketing finance workflows

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in a marketing finance function
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Hands-on experience with Allocadia, Ariba, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong communication skills – ability to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Knowledge of Indian GAAP and local financial regulations is a plus
