Business Finance Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth and optimize financial performance across the region.
  • Oversight of complex deal pricing, ensuring optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguards.
  • Ownership of end-to-end P&L for assigned business units; monthly review of financial performance with business leaders.
  • Lead annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting exercises, incorporating revenue, costs, FX, and regional dynamics.
  • Deliver actionable insights on profitability and performance analysis to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling.
  • Deep understanding of IT/technology services business models, including managed services and outsourcing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems.
  • Qualified CA is mandatory.
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations.
