Senior Growth Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Manager to lead our user acquisition strategy across top ad networks and drive new installs while optimizing campaign ROI.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, launch, and scale UA campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other mobile acquisition platforms.
  • Leverage tools like Appsflyer, Firebase, Branch, and MixPanel for accurate tracking, attribution, and insights.
  • Drive measurable growth by lowering CPIs, increasing installs, and optimizing the full user funnel.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to test, learn, and iterate rapidly.

A successful candidate will be data-obsessed, analytical, and passionate about growth.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition and mobile performance marketing.
  • Strong command of attribution platforms and mobile analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated success in hitting acquisition goals and improving campaign metrics.
