
Luxury Property Sales Executive

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned real estate professional to lead our Residential Services team.
This role is ideal for someone with over 10 years of experience in luxury property sales, client servicing, and business development, particularly with strong exposure to the residential market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading luxury residential sales assignments, driving business growth through new client acquisition and relationship management, executing sales strategies, managing client interactions, and ensuring a seamless transaction process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client servicing, business development, and sales strategy, excellent communication skills, a confident and polished personality, and a proven track record of revenue generation and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage luxury residential sales assignments
- Drive business growth through new client acquisition and relationship management
- Execute sales strategies and manage client interactions
- Maintain a strong understanding of the luxury residential market
Required Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in luxury residential property sales
- Strong background in client servicing, business development, and sales strategy
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, polished personality
- Proven track record of revenue generation and client relationship management
Preferred Industry Backgrounds:
- Luxury real estate firms
- Premium hospitality
- Private banking and wealth management
- High-value product sales and services
