Job Title: Real Estate Development Representative

The Role:

This is a dynamic role in the real estate industry where you will be responsible for driving property sales, building relationships with clients, and showcasing properties.

Your primary focus will be on client acquisition, relationship management, and sales target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

You will generate leads through various channels, schedule meetings and property site visits with potential clients, and build strong relationships by providing regular follow-ups, updates, and after-sales service.

Additionally, you will provide detailed information to buyers about properties including location, pricing, amenities, financing options, and legal documentation.

Property Presentation & Site Visits

You will organize and conduct property showings and site visits for clients, present properties confidently, and assist clients during site inspections, answering their queries and explaining project details, layout plans, floor plans, and specifications.

Sales Target Achievement

Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the sales manager or team leader is crucial. You will convert leads into successful sales through strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion techniques, maintaining a pipeline of potential buyers and following up to maximize conversion.

Furthermore, you will work on closing deals by preparing sales proposals, managing negotiations, and coordinating with legal and documentation teams.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Staying updated with current real estate market trends, pricing, and new developments in the region is essential. You will monitor competitor projects and offerings to better position your company's properties in the market, providing insights to the management team based on client feedback and market observations.

Documentation & Coordination

You will assist clients with the booking process, documentation, and legal formalities required for property transactions, coordinating with internal departments such as legal, finance, CRM, and marketing to ensure a smooth transaction.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM tools or Excel sheets is also a responsibility.

Promotional Activities

You will participate in real estate exhibitions, property fairs, and promotional events to increase visibility and generate leads, supporting marketing teams in planning and executing digital campaigns, roadshows, and local advertising.

Distributing brochures, flyers, and other promotional material to potential clients is also part of your responsibilities.Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sales and Negotiation

Strong ability to close deals and achieve sales targets is necessary. You should have excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the local property market, and the ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets.

Customer Service

You must be able to understand client needs and provide personalized solutions, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language(s) are required, enabling you to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and external partners.

Presentation Skills

You should be confident in showcasing properties and making compelling sales pitches, presenting yourself and the company in a positive light.

Market Knowledge

A thorough understanding of the local property market, including pricing, neighborhoods, and regulations, is crucial for success in this role.

Tech-Savviness

Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and online real estate portals is necessary for effective management of tasks and data.

Time Management

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple client interactions simultaneously is essential for meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
