Job Overview

We seek an experienced Real Estate Team Leader with a strong background in luxury sales to lead and mentor a high-performing team of real estate agents. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury property transactions, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of real estate agents to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional client service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the luxury real estate market.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, one-on-one coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team culture.
  • Oversee and manage high-end property listings, ensuring marketing excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Active real estate license and a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales.
  • Proven experience leading a successful sales team.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury real estate market and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with high-net-worth clientele.
  • Relevant certifications.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
