Sales Leader - Luxury Real Estate Projects


Drive high-performing sales teams and deliver exceptional client experiences to HNI and UHNI customers. As a strategic thinker with a proven track record in high-ticket sales, team leadership, and luxury market expertise, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding booking targets through effective sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed booking targets for assigned projects by implementing effective sales strategies and executing on sales plans.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with HNI, UHNI clients, investors, and corporate buyers to understand their needs and offer tailored property solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance, ensuring adherence to service standards and sales processes.
  • Sales Strategy & Campaigns: Plan and implement luxury-focused sales events, roadshows, and marketing collaborations to drive bookings.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales KPIs, conversion ratios, and prepare periodic performance and MIS reports for senior management.
