Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead comprehensive training initiatives for the HCC team.
  • Develop forward-thinking training programs incorporating industry trends and updated coding standards.
  • Refine training methodologies for enhanced learning efficiency and outcomes.
  • Oversee specific location training activities and project quality.
Leadership & Team Development:
  • Provide strong leadership by managing and mentoring managers and trainers.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring trainers are equipped to meet organizational goals.
  • Create developmental roadmaps for senior managers and trainers, identifying leadership potential and promoting internal growth.
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement:
  • Implement quality management practices in training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.
  • Continuously improve training frameworks based on performance analytics, audits, and feedback.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for training effectiveness, improving outcomes through data-driven insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align training strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Act as the key liaison between the training department and leadership, ensuring seamless communication of goals, outcomes, and challenges.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Develop robust performance tracking mechanisms monitoring training program effectiveness.
  • Track key performance metrics, providing comprehensive reports to senior management and stakeholders with actionable insights.
  • Identify performance gaps at the organizational level and devise strategic plans to address them.
Innovation in Training Methods:
  • Drive the adoption of new training technologies and methodologies, enhancing learning outcomes and reducing training time.
  • Stay ahead of trends in learning and development, introducing innovative approaches to improve engagement, retention, and skills application.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in training operations, process coaching, or quality management.
  • HCC Knowledge: Extensive expertise in HCC coding systems.
  • Leadership & Training Expertise: Advanced experience in leading, mentoring, and managing a team of trainers, process coaches, and managers.
  • Advanced Problem-Solving: Exceptional ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex training-related challenges.
