Job Title: Corporate Training Manager

A key role exists for a seasoned Corporate Training Manager who will oversee the delivery of comprehensive training programs across our hospitality outlets. This strategic position demands expertise in designing, developing, and implementing training modules that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design and deliver customized training sessions to equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain Operational Standards: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize operational procedures and ensure consistency across all outlets.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Conduct regular training sessions for front-of-house and back-of-house staff to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the impact of training initiatives on employee performance and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations Teams: Partner with HR and Operations teams to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
Requirements:
  • F&B Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in training and development roles.
  • Knowledge of Food and Beverages: Strong understanding of liquor service standards, food safety protocols, and customer service principles.
  • Training Module Development: Ability to create engaging training content, SOPs, and skill assessments that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills to effectively train and motivate teams.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel across outlets for training sessions and meetings.
