Corporate Lawyer Trainee

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Corporate Lawyer Trainee to join our team in Delhi. This is an excellent opportunity for law students or fresh graduates seeking hands-on experience in corporate legal work.

This role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements, assisting with corporate compliance matters, preparing legal advisories and research notes, supporting due diligence exercises, conducting trademark searches and filing applications, and collaborating with team members on client deliverables.
