Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Manager to join our team at BPTP Ltd.

As a key member of our Legal Department, you will be responsible for managing all legal aspects of our business in Gurugram. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vet replies, written submissions, appeals, and other documents under RERA regulations.
  • Represent the organization in RERA proceedings before HRERA & HREAT, and brief external counsel as needed.
  • Draft settlement deeds and other legal documents to safeguard the company's rights.
  • Maintain a comprehensive tracker of cases handled, including CRM intimation and updating interim / final orders.
  • Work proficiently on MS Excel.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks related to legal matters.
  • Assist the team lead as required.
