Job Title:

A talented and experienced legal expert is sought to manage all legal matters for our business.

  • We are seeking a dedicated and proactive legal professional to oversee legal compliance, drafting, reviewing and vetting contracts, agreements, affidavits, and applications.
  • This role involves managing all aspects of corporate, real estate, and regulatory law, preparing applications and filings, representing the company in proceedings, and coordinating with senior advocates and external advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Draft, review and validate various legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  2. Handle day-to-day compliance work across corporate, real estate and regulatory matters.
  3. Represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings, and government offices as required.
  4. Maintain organized legal records and case files, keeping management updated on progress.
  5. Coordinate with senior advocates, external counsel, and consultants to ensure smooth handling of ongoing matters.
  6. Monitor changes in relevant laws/regulations and provide strategic advice to management on transactions and disputes.

Requirements & Skills:

  • LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred).
  • Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
  • 3+ years of experience in litigation, compliance or corporate law.
  • Strong research, analytical, drafting and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes, property laws, and commercial law.
  • Excellent coordination skills to work with senior lawyers.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases independently.
