Job Description

The Chief Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's litigation and dispute resolution procedures, ensuring timely and cost-effective disposal of legal issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and handling complex litigation matters, including claims, contractual disputes, criminal cases, and arbitration proceedings.
  • Representing or assisting in matters before courts and tribunals, providing expert advice on legal positions and interpretations.
