Legal Executive Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive legal professional to support our organizational functions.

The ideal candidate will assist in reviewing contracts, managing legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing agreements and negotiating on their terms.
  • Maintaining accurate records of Board Meetings and documents.
  • Providing ROC-related support and audit assistance.
  • Maintaining legal files and documents, including sending agreements to clients.
  • Staying up-to-date with labour law updates and handling client queries.
  • Writing articles and blogs on legal subjects as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Law (LLB or LLM)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to direct and supervise
